Arlecchina looking for her Colombo Although I don't know if I'm goth myself, I find the subculture to be very alluring and have made friends with people whom I would consider to be goth. In a way, I feel more comfortable with them than with some of the other people I've made friends with.Some people have described me as being cheerful, borderline hyper on occasion. I have my moments of hilarity, though generally, I feel that whatever joke I make, someone else could do better. The ones that really know me know that I'm emotional and a procrastinator-perfectionist (I know, it sounds controversial). Sometimes I talk a lot, other times not so much. Members of my family will occasionally call me "anti-social" jokingly, in the sense that I seem to keep myself in my room a lot, but sometimes that's how I like it. I can be prone to little bouts of "the blues," but even so, many have said that I am helpful and kind.I love manga and anime, especially Hellsing by Kouta Hirano. I like to read (though I need to try reading a little more) and I like to draw, but unfortunately I'm not a Botticelli or a Monet. I also like to write to an extent, though some of my ideas don't even get written down. I have a strange affinity to knickknacks, jewelry (I'm a little magpie) and antiques, and when I visit an older building, I have a tendency of ogling at the architectural details. I love languages, history, mythology, the supernatural/occult, traveling, and have some interest in philosophy and psychology. Also, I ADORE music of many kinds, and can tolerant even more.I'm hoping to find a guy who's kind, but capable of dealing with my fairly emotional nature (and not too clingy - I dated a guy who would text me for 3 hours straight and would get upset if I didn't answer right away). Other than that, I'm just an 18 yr. old girl hoping to find someone out in the world who can make a long-lasting flame burn within me (Hopeful romantic, anyone?). If that's not possible, I'm okay with being friends too .
