Gothic Fashion & Design + Coffee = Bliss As a Gothic fashion designer, networking is important to my craft. I like to keep my eyes, and ears open to the newest innovations in the Gothic Fashion Industry. Through this research and careful observation, I try to rise above these by being pioneering in my own designs. In order to do this, and in order to reach my goals as a designer, it is very important that I talk with my fellow Goths, in every subgenre and learn what they'd like to see, what they'd like to wear and how their personal philosophies of their lifestyle effect their way of dress. Most of my friends prefer not to wear what the 'Gothic' stores are providing, since there's sure to be several dozen others wearing the same thing, at the same club. Due to this, many of the designs I sketch and create are one of a kind and will not be repeated, for this very reason. I was sure the idea was to be unique, not to be just like the mainstream except...in a darker way.

Beyond design, I do a lot of writing; and I enjoy reading the works of fellow writers in the subculture. I love spiders, frogs and snails, and am new to the state of New York. I'm originally from Las Vegas, and am having a hard time finding anything interesting to do here in Orange County New York...I'm bored, to say the least, and sick to death of the humidity (it feels as if it's eating me alive). I have a weird though sarcastically dry sense of humor and enjoy an engaging and intelligent conversation. I know a little about pretty much everything...ish.

I like being crafty, finding things I don't know how to do, and learning how to do them. I also love to talk, and grow rather indignant if someone approaches me to talk and then says little or nothing (that smacks of a serious cranial malfunction that I will not suffer long).

Besides the beforementioned, I am not removed from the idea of making friends. I am a rather congenial person and find meeting new people to be rather exhilarating.
