Basically I'v joined this site for some people experience & hopefully, maybe to discover a kindred spirit or two.
My social skills are well out of practise....
I'v a tendency toward "hermiting" (my beloved Mum's one word, perfect summary of the facts). I tend to quietly withdraw from the world, a manoeuvre made easier by my particular profession-which by nature allows for long periods of isolation & a huge lack of human contact, this is both good & bad-I do enjoy solitude & though it mostly keeps me out of trouble I realise it's not always good in excessive amounts so I need to find a balance I can live with...
Also, I'v read somewhere it's a Pisces trait/inclination to vanish & I'll confess to being "out of touch" again, most recently for approximately 4-5 years...
