Occultist Seeking Understanding None of my "normal" friends understand me, and those that used to understand have drifted away. I have a steady job, own my place, and otherwise am a very responsible adult.

I have studied the occult for as long as I can remember. Often my friends and coworkers find my musings and information about the obscure entertaining but I really miss having someone around that actually could bounce ideas back at me, or at least hold an intelligent conversation.

I am eclectic and ever the outsider. I can fake normalcy well enough but I'm just tired of it now. It doesn't make me happy.

Ultimately, I'm looking for people who can keep up and/or challenge me mentally. Who understand the dark places in our minds.

If I find someone special who truly sparks my interest physically and mentally and accepts me for who I am, even better.
