I'm honest, sometimes to a fault. I'm blunt, but witty. I can be a smart ass, but I have a heart! I'm a little bit of an Anglophile. I'm *nalytical and can be very inquisitive. I enjoy reading (anything from the classics to David Sedaris to Poppy Z. Brite and Laurell K. Hamilton), but I also enjoy a little TV (mainly BBC America). I'm very fascinated with all aspects of popular culture (from an academic and social perspective). I love music and try to catch live shows whenever I can. Fav musicians/bands include David Bowie, Sisters of Mercy, Portishead, Mazzy Star, Machine and the Garden, Tool ...
I also enjoy the occasional film (especially horror, sci-fi and independent) and I love having deep conversations over wine. I believe that life forces us to be serious enough that I try to laugh and be light-hearted whenever I can. I like to travel in general and I especially like visiting haunted locales. I have pics to share, but I am a private person so they are not on here.

I'm looking for someone who shares many of my interests. Actually, I would be happy with a great personality, intellectual conversation, throw in a little ambition and a whole lot of honesty, sincerity, respect and consideration (for yourself as well as for others), a sense of humor, and a little wit and sarcasm.
