I'm an intelligent and creative person working as a Computer Programmer. I enjoy theatre, cinema, music (rock, classical, jazz, heavy, and more), playing music, hiking (get the exercise in), camp fires, and friends. I draw and paint when I get a chance and love to play raquetball or disc golf (anything to get out and do something) or take off on a road trip (on weekends). I'm originally from Hazard, KY and enjoy Lexington very much. I've also lived in Albuquerque, Columbus, and Portland other than my college towns. I'm through with moving though so have bought a home. You'll find me reading when I have time. I love novels as well as documentaries and histories. I adore Italian food but love to experiment with many cuisines. (I've got a Bobaganoush story...whew). I love spending time outdoors but would rather sleep in a bed. Camp fires are wonderful but at the end of the day, I want my comfort. I've got a binder full of song lyrics that I sing and play out of when I'm free to do so, but I haven't been in a band in years. Ask me if you have questions. I'm quite friendly and open. An appreciation for the arts will help, as well as an open mind. Even if there is no romance fated to be involved, I'm open to friendships as well. As far as romance goes, I love treating a woman like a princess. If you like to read this could play in your favor because I enjoy discussing literature but other conversations would be excellent as well. Seen a play or musical lately. Tell me about it. I might put it on my list. I've got Sweeney Todd tagged for my next show. I love to learn so if you've got lots of interests, I'll be anxious to pick up on some of them.

Unlike your typical guy, I won't be watching sports or nascar. I'd rather take in a musical or chat over coffee. I am an independant film maker in my spare time and am currently working on a documentary. If you are a bit quirky, I might like that. Weird and unique are always interesting.
