I love fair-skin, leather, and dark makeup. The Goth movement originally started as a group who believed that there was beauty in death because it relieves a person from the pains of this life. The dark makeup and clothing were meant to emulate a corpse.
I have been to friends' funerals. I assure you that there is no justice or beauty in death. I have long since outgrown my gothiness.
BUT, I still love the music, dark makeup and leather.
