Depression...

Alone I sit in dispair,
time has passed without a care.
My face is written with a stare,
my thoughts are hurtful and hard to bare.

Sorrow is now but a sigh,
life has become a bitter lie.
God, I pray that I should die,
and time as always slips by and by...
