I, also, am interested and practicing Astral Projection and travel. I believe I experieced partial success one night when I think my astral shell rolled out of my body and on to the other side of the bed, then rolled back in my body. This was using Konstantinos's method. Do you have any other ways? Or have you never left you body, and are simply interested in the phenomena?

i think if you search hard enough you'll find the best working magick sysyem is the hermetic order of the golden dawn. people shoud look to that if truely interested.

i sent mata an e-mail about this. i am new to this posting thing, but here goes. in brief....all this religious stuff and worshipping. whatever. it's all energy. the sun, the electricity, the wind, each and every animal, and every so called god/dess. it's all energy to be used as you will. learn its form and secret and you own it......period. the whole right and wrong thing? yeah right. if you know you are right.....you are. karma is guilt plain and simple. there is no good or evil other than what we perceive.
