Hmm...I'm a natural goth you could say...can't help it in other words...and speaking of words...I have a way with them (you be the judge though) as I like to write...poetic things mostly...as a channel for all my thoughts and emotions...it works for me.../smiles.
I enjoy conversation on a wide variety of subjects...things to feed the mind...love animals, of all kinds. Get along great with them...refuse to kill bugs...unless they posed an immediate threat to someone...and even then there are ways around it to leave everyone and everything breathing...
I love music...more than just listening to it...I'm fascinated by scales and chords and their inversions (I actually have favourite chords)...I can strum the guitar to save my life, but not more...love the way music is such a truly international language, how it can break barriers and build bridges...love that...
I'm into bands such as Testament, Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies, Alice in Chains, TOOL, A Perfect Circle and Paradise Lost on the heavier side...Queensryche on the more progressive side...Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Guns'n roses, Slash's Snakepit, Creed, Velvet Revolver, Led Zeppelin and such on the classic side...Audioslave, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Kings of Leon, Mammal and what have you on the alternative side...but apart from all of this I also love Classical music, Enya, Loreena McKennitt and medieval things...and on the lighter side I'm inot Death Cab for Cutie, Counting Crows, The Wallflowers, Michael Penn and heaps and loads of others...I just love music....there are too many to list really...
I once knew a gothic-ly inclined person...the taste of which still lingers in my mouth...and I still hear the echoes of that experience within...I only feel sorrow for its loss...how we hold the instruments to our own destruction will never cease to sadden me...
