So, finally some background on me:
I have always been a "borderline goth", having been fascinated by sci-fi, fantasy and horror literature and movies from an early age.
Gradually became more goth oriented because of a severe dislike of the "manufactured" pop music of the '80 of last century (yes, I was around while most of your parents were still contemplating if they should date each other. I will make a point never to use this as an argument), so I ended up listening to a lot of the "alternative" music of the time: punk, hardcore, trash metal, (early) death metal, "electronic" music and what was then called "new wave". Playing in a band also helped accelerate things.
Became seriously interested in vampires and vampire literature trough girlfriend and various events (The 1997 Dracula centennial in Whitby, anyone ?)
Now here for the fun, the sharing, the all night chat sessions, the feeling of being amongst kindred spirits. And whatever comes forth from that....
